Alaina Hinojosa is a seasoned Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with a rich background in clinical leadership, including roles as lead clinician, clinical director, and program director. 

She now focuses on providing thoughtful and comprehensive supervision to LPC Associates, with a strong commitment to nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals.

In addition to her supervisory work, Alaina specializes in immigration evaluations, offering compassionate and knowledgeable clinical assessments for VAWA, Asylum, U-Visa, and Hardship cases. Her culturally attuned and trauma-informed approach allows her to support clients navigating their emotional journeys with care, dignity, and clinical precision.

Alaina's supervision style is collaborative and reflective, rooted in creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where LPC Associates can grow in both skill and confidence. She emphasizes cultural humility, empathy, and evidence-based practice, drawing from her diverse experience across private practice and agency settings.

She is also trained in Mental Health First Aid and brings a comprehensive understanding of clinical models, program development, and ethical practice into every supervision relationship.
