What We're Looking For
- Licensure: Fully licensed therapist in the state of Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Vocational Expertise: At least 2 years of experience specifically within the field of vocational counseling or employment-related mental health.
Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential for meaningful engagement with our border community.
Clinical Passion: A deep commitment to helping clients navigate vocational limitations—addressing how trauma and mental health disruptions interfere with employment goals. You should also be passionate about providing high-quality care to our broader client base, including children (8+), adolescents, adults, families, and seniors.
Commitment: High ethical standards, strong documentation skills, and a client-centered care.
What We Offer
Annual salary between $62,000–$89,000 based on level of experience and certifications
