OPEN POSITION: Fully Licensed Therapist

Position: Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC Associate)

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee (Flexible Schedule)

Location: McAllen, TX – In-Person and Telehealth

We are officially continuing our hiring process for full-time licensed therapists to join our growing team at Hope for Healing LLC.

If you are an experienced and passionate licensed practitioner ready to guide others on their healing journey, we want to hear from you!

Licensure: Fully licensed therapist in the state of Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential for meaningful engagement with our border community.
Clinical Passion: Being passionate about providing high-quality care to our broader client base, including children (8+), adolescents, adults, families, and seniors.
Commitment: High ethical standards, strong documentation skills, and a client-centered care.
