Rates & Insurance

At Hope for Healing, we do our utmost to provide quality therapy assessments and clinical evaluations for immigration cases that is affordable for our clients. We accept payment for the cost of treatment at the time of your appointment via cash or credit card for private pay services.  We are also accepting a wide range of medical insurances. We do offer to schedule installment plans upon request, ONLY for immigration evaluations using a credit card on file. Rates

Individual & Family Counseling Sessions: $125-$150 for a 55 minute session.

Couples Counseling Sessions: $180 for a 55 minute session, $50 extra for every additional 15 minutes

Clinical Immigration Evaluations: $1000-$1,200

Additional Fees Associated with your case could include: interpreter service, expedited reports, legal consults, report writing, correspondence, telephone contact for legal action, and testifying in court, please call for rates (956) 451-1673.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for services before your first appointment.

Insurances do not cover the cost of immigration evaluations and therefore services must me covered out-of-pocket.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards/debit, and Zelle as forms of payment.  For cash payments, exact amount is required as the office does not provide change.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
