Jacqueline Tellez
PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Jacqueline “Jackie” Tellez, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She graduated from the University of Texas Pan American with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Services in 2014. She continued with her education in the same field of study and attained her Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling in 2018 from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Jackie has worked with different populations but for the last 6 years, she has worked with children ages 6-17, and truly enjoys helping children thrive through individual and family therapy. Jackie specializes in trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, adjusting to changes, and family dynamics. She truly believes counseling can make a difference in someone’s life. When she is not busy at the office providing services to our HFH families, she is spending time with her own 3 children, running between dance practice, recitals, or family events. Her model is that in order to be very present to take care of others, it is important to start by taking care of yourself.
