Jacqueline "Jackie" Tellez is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Services from the University of Texas Pan American in 2014 and later obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2018. With a deep understanding of life’s complexities, Jacqueline is passionate about supporting individuals through the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. Whether someone feels stuck, stressed, or uncertain, Jacqueline offers a blend of compassion, practical tools, and personalized care to help clients navigate their struggles. She believes that with the right guidance, counseling can empower individuals at every stage of life—be it parents, young adults, or children—to overcome obstacles and thrive.
Currently working towards certification in Women's Mental Health, Jacqueline is expanding her expertise to provide even greater support to women facing unique mental health challenges.

Jacqueline specializes in working with children (ages 8-17), families, young adults, new mothers, and single parents. She understands the delicate balance of managing responsibilities, fostering relationships, and prioritizing self-care. Throughout her career, Jacqueline has assisted clients through difficult transitions and supported those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
In addition to her work with children and families, Jacqueline also helps young adults navigate life’s transitions, supports new mothers adjusting to the demands of parenthood, and offers guidance to single parents facing the challenges of raising children independently.
