Tanya Ortiz, LPC, LCDC, is a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) specializing in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, substance use, trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and anger. She works with teens (13–17), young adults, and adults.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Services and a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and has been working in the behavioral health field since 2018.

Tanya has supported clients across various clinical settings, helping individuals manage emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, and the complex intersection of mental health and substance use.

Her client-centered, integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
