Estella Perez, LPC-Associate, supervised by Alaina Hinojosa, LPC-S, is a compassionate and committed counselor who brings a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face throughout life.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2015 and completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024.
Estella works with teens, young adults, and adults, and has supported a wide range of clients—including at-risk youth, unaccompanied minors, families seeking mental health services, and survivors of human trafficking and other traumatic experiences.
Her clinical focus includes trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family dynamics. She offers individual, family, and couples therapy, with a strong passion for guiding young people and families through emotional and relational difficulties.
Estella also supports couples in strengthening their connection, improving communication, and working through conflict with care and intention. Whether navigating life changes, rebuilding trust, or healing past wounds, she creates a safe, trauma-informed space where both partners feel heard and supported.
