Jacqueline "Jackie" Tellez is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Texas.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Services from the University of Texas Pan American in 2014 and later obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2018.
She brings warmth, insight, and practical tools to help clients navigate life’s complexities—whether it's stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.
Jacqueline works with children (ages 8–17), families, young adults, new mothers, and single parents. She understands the unique challenges that come with parenting, life transitions, and maintaining balance in a demanding world. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes.
She helps young adults navigate life’s transitions, supports new mothers adjusting to the demands of parenthood, and offers guidance to single parents facing the challenges of raising children independently.
Currently pursuing certification in Women’s Mental Health, Jacqueline is expanding her ability to support women through the unique emotional demands they face.
Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented—drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strength-based techniques.
She believes in the power of a trusting relationship and meets each client where they are, helping them grow toward a more resilient and fulfilling life.
