Jacqueline "Jackie" Guillen Botello is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their mental health journey. 

She works with clients navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. Jackie offers a compassionate, grounding presence and creates a safe space where clients can process, heal, and grow.

She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her dual background in social work and counseling allows her to approach therapy from a holistic and culturally sensitive lens, honoring each client’s unique story and strengths.

Jacqueline’s style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection and trust. She integrates evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, always prioritizing emotional safety and empowerment.
