Leticia "Letty" Berrout is a LPC-Associate, Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), and Certified Telemental Health Provider–Associate (CTMH-A), supervised by James Whittenberg, LPC-S.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling from Capella University.
Letty supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, abuse recovery, sex trafficking, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, self-harm, low self-worth, and body dysmorphia. Her counseling style is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.
Letty uses an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Somatic Therapy. Each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs in a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment.
