Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Career Counseling.
In addition to counseling, Leya provides clinical immigration evaluations for U-Visas, T-Visas, VAWA, and hardship waivers. She completed advanced training through the Immigration Evaluation Training Center and is deeply committed to delivering high-quality evaluations that highlight the mental health needs of immigrants navigating complex legal processes.
Every session is shaped by cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and genuine compassion, and can be conducted in person or via telehealth. You don’t have to face life’s struggles alone—healing begins with a single step. Take that step together with Leya.
